Nocturne for Nowhere
Nocturne for Nowhere is my debut novel – currently going through the querying process. It’s a surreal, psychological, character-driven dark fantasy with literary leaning prose, and strong humour and horror aspects.
The story is told in multi-POV, with connected threads and converging paths, and follows three outcasts drawn into chaos by the arrival of a strange storm. Within a walled continent, gripped by a tyrannical regime, old fears stir dark forces into violence as they seek something unknown. As chaos shakes an already fractured world, a blight of living decay seeps through the forests, rumours of a monster spread through towns, and deadly secrets threaten to surface.
